2023 Checklist & Guidance

This page is designed to help GDPR Champions and Managing Trustees understand in more detail the seven checks needed to be made with regard to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) to complete the TMCP Data Protection Annual Checklist.

Completion of this Annual Checklist is mandatory and must be submitted to the District by the 31st May 2023.

Carrying out these checks may well highlight some deficiencies that need to be fixed.

The process has been broken down into steps below, each webpage will contain any required forms and is designed to help you through completion of the checklist, one acheivable step at a time.
