I'm Rev. Nick 'The Vic' Wood – one of the ministry team in the Poole Bay Circuit. I've been an ordained minister for 23 years and this is my 4th appointment.

I am based in Bournemouth and specialise in working with children and young people. I am a frequent visitor in a number of local schools and also lead regular parade services, all-age worship and a teenage youth group called Activ8. I'm a songwriter and musician and have produced several Christian-based songs aimed at children. I enjoy walking on the beach, tinkering with electronics, bass guitar, cool jazz and hot curries ... but not necessarily in that order!

I am married to Suzannah who works for BCP Council in one of the Children's Centres. She teaches the flute and runs a Brownie pack along with joining me in leading Activ8 and the puppet ministry that we share.
