Upton Methodists – Hobbies at The Corner

There’s something new and exciting happening this half-term at Upton Methodist Church — and it’s designed with everyone in mind.

Hobbies @ The Corner will take place on Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th May 2026, from 10:00am to 2:30pm, offering two relaxed and welcoming days of creativity, connection, and community.

This brand-new event is open to all ages and abilities, whether you’re coming along with family, bringing a friend, or simply turning up on your own. It’s a chance to step out of the usual routine and try something different in a friendly, supportive space.

Visitors can look forward to:

• A variety of hands-on crafts to explore

• A dedicated Teenage Chill Out Zone

• Fun activities for younger children, including storytelling

• Space to relax, chat, and meet others

There will also be hot and cold drinks available, and a welcoming atmosphere where you can take your time, have a go, and enjoy the experience at your own pace.

Whether you’re creative already or just curious to try something new, this is a great opportunity to discover a hidden talent or spark a new hobby.
