The one where... Tizz, our District Intergenerational Enabler, led a session entitled 'Identity'.

The one where... we had a great festive evening with refreshments, games and sold Christmassy cards and gifts raising £122 for charity

The Circuit Youth group, GOD SQUAD, resume their meetings from Sunday 8th January and any 11-16 year olds attending, or interested in, church are welcome to join the fun and friendly group.

We've had some visitors leading the God Slot at our Circuit Youth Group meetings this term. One of these was Tizz, our District Intergenerational Enabler.

He led a session on "Identity", reminding us that we are each loved by God exactly as we are. He finished with this prayer, which we thought others might like too:

God who created me and knows me,
thank you for loving me for who I am.
I spend a lot of energy trying to be what other people
want me to be.
Help me to live each day knowing that I
am who you made me to be, and let that be enough.
In Jesus' name,
Amen.

In February the young people have enjoyed making pancakes and playing ukuleles – although not at the same time!

The group meet fortnightly on Sundays in term-time, 6:00-7:30pm at The Spire, Poole in Hall 1.

Meeting dates for 2023 are as follows:
