Being a Circuit Steward in the Methodist Church

Each year the Methodist Learning Network offer training for Circuit Stewards, which has proved to very useful in equipping and upskilling both new and experienced stewards.

If you know of any circuit stewards who might be interested, or might benefit, or perhaps even people who are considering taking up this role please, could you forward this email to them, or show them the attached poster.

This is an opportunity to join other circuit stewards and the Learning Network for 4 weekly training sessions on the roles and responsibilities of serving in this area of leadership.

Each session will offer opportunities to explore ideas and share experiences, as well as identify areas for further action, ongoing learning & development needs in these areas:

• 9th March – Calling and Role of the Circuit Steward
• 16th March – Distinctively Methodist
• 23rd March – Positive Working Together
• 30th March – Continuing to learn
