Winton Methodist Church

Formerly known as Winton Methodist Church, we are one of four Mission Centres that make up Bournemouth Methodist Church.

Our church, situated on the corner of Alma Road and Heron Court Road, was originally the Avenue Methodist Church, until in 1968 the "old" Winton amalgamated to form the "new" Winton.

The premises expanded to create a large and versatile 3-storey Community Centre, home to a wide variety of community groups and thriving uniformed organisations during the week.

Our friendly church community welcomes multiple styles of worship, and music ranging from traditional organ-playing to a lively church band. We regularly celebrate Holy Communion together. Café church worship, held on alternate months, is well supported, plus Bitesize discussion (for adults) and Sunday Explorers (for children).
